Hard Work vs. Smart Work.
Hard work simply means putting a lot of effort and not giving up.
Smart work means finding better and faster ways to complete a task. It helps us save time and energy. As you know sometimes, only hard work is not enough.
For example, if a student studies for hours without a plan, just counting hours that’s hard work. But if the student studies with a proper timetable and focuses on key topics, and creating flashcards, Using some mnemonic to remember certain things.
and analysing past exam papers to understand the exam's format and question types. that’s smart work.
At last I want say that smart work is the result of hard work. Therefore, an ideal approach is combines both smart work and hard work.
Always remember : An idiot with a plan can beat a genius without a plan"
